Online Submittal

You may now submit applications online by following the steps below.

  1. Complete the proper form, and email it to permits@baldwincountyga.com.
  2. You will receive a return email with approval or denial. If approved, you will also be given the total due.
  3. Payments: You may make Credit Card payments via phone with Visa or MasterCard by calling 478-445-4205. Checks can also be mailed or brought in the office.
  4. Once paid, electronic signature is added on application and and emailed back.
