Coroner

The Baldwin County Coroner is responsible for holding inquests into the cause of deaths when death occurs in an unusual manner. The Coroner coordinates with the Probate Court to issue certificates of death. The Coroner also works closely with all law enforcement including the GBI Crime Lab to determine the cause and manner of death.
